To Achieve Coaching Accreditation:

  1. Complete the Foundation Course ON-LINE > click here
  2. Complete the Rules of Netball Theory Exam ON-LINE > click here
  3. Complete the Development Course ON-LINE > click here
  4. Choose the course you wish to complete from the table above ie) Development Face to Face Workshop > Intermediate > Advanced.
  5. Find a course date and venue on the Netball Victoria Coaching Course calendar below.
  6. You will then be directed to the the Netball Victoria on-line registration system
  7. All courses require you to be a current Netball Victoria member and to have successfully completed the preceding accreditation level.

Netball Victoria Game Development Conference

A One-day conference held each year at the State Netball Centre with a range of workshops and keynote speakers relating to all things netball – watch this space for more information as it comes to hand.

These are 3hr workshops for coaches at all levels. Cost $35 each. There are 13 options which appear on the Netball Victoria Coaching Course calendar (CIF).

For Coach of any level

  1. Space awareness, timing & reading the game

  3. Footwork
  4. Ball handling
  5. General attacking skills
  6. General defending skills
  7. Program planning
  8. Lesson planning

For Coaches with minimum of Development accreditation

  1. Defending in the goal circle
  2. Attacking in the goal circle – the individual skills of the goaler
  3. Attacking in the goal circle as a unit – GA & GSD working together
  4. Specialist centre court skills Part 1
  5. Specialist centre courts skillsPart 2
